I turn complex workflows into dependable products.

I build and modernize production web platforms from database design and backend services through polished front-end experiences with a focus on booking, payments, permissions, reporting, and the operational details that keep a business moving.

What I bring to a product team

Full-stack ownership

From relational data and APIs through responsive interfaces, testing, and deployment.

Workflow engineering

Turning complex booking, payment, permission, and scheduling rules into clear systems.

Connecting services and automating repetitive operations, communications, and reporting.

Production reliability

Debugging, modernizing, and steadily improving live customer-facing products.

Who I am

I am a production-minded Full Stack Developer who enjoys making complicated systems feel straightforward. At Bravenet Web Services, I work across relational data models, Laravel services, Nuxt and Vue interfaces, testing, and deployment for software used in real daily operations.

My background spans three countries: I was born in India, raised and educated in Italy, and moved to Canada to complete my post-secondary education and begin my software career. That path taught me how to adapt quickly, communicate across cultures, and approach unfamiliar problems with curiosity.

I am at my best where product thinking meets technical depth, translating business processes into maintainable payment flows, permission models, scheduling tools, reporting pipelines, and customer-facing experiences that teams can trust.

Experience

Building software for real-world operations.

IslandLinkBus

IslandLinkBus is a live intercity bus booking and operations platform. I work across its customer booking flow, administration system, data model, payments, integrations, and operational tooling, translating real transportation rules into dependable production software.

  • Modernized core booking and administration workflows with Nuxt, Vue, Laravel, and MariaDB for a platform processing 200–300 daily bookings across 45 active intercity bus routes.
  • Engineered a configurable six-level RBAC and member-management system, including sysop-controlled page, route, menu, and CRUD permissions; hierarchy-aware front-end ghost login; account-state and password controls; and auditable iPoints adjustments.
  • Built a dynamic route, connection, and pricing engine supporting cities and bus stops, intermediate connections, operating schedules, prohibited transfers, multi-hop fares, booking cut-offs, taxes, fees, capacity rules, and configurable volume and early-booking discounts.
  • Delivered resilient payments and rewards workflows with cash, iPoints, and split-payment paths, package and invoice administration, reward reporting, and a Moneris recovery check that protects approved transactions when local processing fails.
  • Automated transportation operations through driver and on-call scheduling, detailed manifests, driver logs, bus and location management, maintenance histories, and scheduled-maintenance alerts.
  • Created operational and financial reporting for role-specific reconciliation, trip summaries, future travel and receivables, tax ledgers, passenger activity, average fares, load factor, and seat- and passenger-kilometre yield.
  • Integrated customer and partner workflows with toggleable Twilio confirmations and reminders, targeted delay broadcasts, administrator-published news releases, and restricted partner accounts for same-day booking and custom route pricing.

OngoingI continue to improve IslandLinkBus with new operational features, workflow refinements, and reliability work as the business and platform evolve.

SiteBlock

SiteBlock is Bravenet's customer-facing website builder. I contribute reusable interface components, visual editing tools, product enhancements, and production fixes within its established Ruby on Rails codebase.

  • Built reusable website-builder components for quote carousels, FAQs, countdowns, breadcrumbs, tile navigation, animated statistics, and calendars within a mature Ruby on Rails application.
  • Expanded the visual editing experience with configurable colour schemes, improved navigation-link controls, recently used colour tracking, and a new image editor.
  • Resolved production defects across the SiteBlock codebase, improving component behaviour, editor reliability, and the overall stability of the website builder.

OngoingI continue to maintain and improve SiteBlock through new components, editor enhancements, and targeted stability fixes.
